This role is so much more than the average office admin picking up the phones. You need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s happening from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to coordinating deliveries and organizing training for staff. You’ll be the first person that agents and potential clients see, so you’re always representing EJR. You need great people skills, and patience to be able to multi-task to be good at this job. This job allows you to meet new people every day, which makes it interesting and sociable.

  • Opening and closing the office each day; maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all common areas
  • Maintaining the copiers and fax machines as needed
  • Managing and problem solving facility and equipment requests from agents and staff
  • Organizing and maintaining onsite storage/supply rooms
  • General administrative duties; being an active and successful member of the EJR Administrative Staff team
  • Managing all meeting & training calendars
  • Assisting with meeting needs as appropriate (space set-up, technology needs, clean up, etc.)
  • Accounting duties including receiving and recording earnest money, company bookkeeping, agent commission distribution
  • Receiving, opening, and distributing mail and sign-off for various deliveries
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Assisting with special projects or needs as directed by Managers
